Encyte Solutions is founded and led by Lyndee Berkley. A consultant and coach for over 25 years, Lyndee Berkley is experienced in creating and implementing innovative solutions that improve organizational performance. While a consultant, she held positions in sales, program and account management, and change management. As a coach, Lyndee creates individual and team programs that open new doors to the conversations we really need to have in order to grow, to improve and to get the results we desire.
